These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Curtis Teasley Madden IV, trading as Territory Wrestling ("we", "us", "our"), regarding your use of the Territory Wrestling website, booking simulator, and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
Territory Wrestling is a browser-based wrestling promotion booking simulator. Features may evolve over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
The Service, including all software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain rights to the content you create within the Service (such as save files), and grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Territory Wrestling is offered free of charge. We do not sell access, features, or subscriptions, and we do not currently accept payments through this site. Users may, entirely optionally, support the developer through third-party platforms such as Patreon. Any such contribution is governed by the policies of that third-party platform and unlocks no features within Territory Wrestling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Curtis Teasley Madden IV resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
